Get your day off to a great start with our free tai chi classes in our new community space at 180 George Street.
An experienced teacher will guide you through different styles of tai chi including Chuan, relaxation, Taolu, Shibashi and Sheng Zhen meditation.
This gentle form of exercise helps maintain strength, flexibility and balance, for both mind and body.
The class is held in the community space on level 1 of the plaza building. Enter from the plaza.
Bookings are essential for these small group classes of up to 25 people. Bookings open 2 weeks before each class.
If you're signing up for the first time you will need to fill out this pre-exercise form. If you answer yes to any of the questions in the form you'll need a doctor's note to clear you for the class.
