Wednesdays, 10am to 10:45am Saturdays, 10:15am to 11am Wednesday 8 January to Saturday 28 June
This 45 minute high intensity class is a full body workout that involves cardio to increase the heart rate, and resistance training to increase strength and muscular endurance.
It's an intense workout that will challenge you and offers something different each week.
