Yoga for Beginners is aimed at participants new to yoga or those looking to focus on the basic movements and techniques used. Classes will emphasize strengthening exercises and poses, muscle toning and flexibility work.
No prior experience is necessary, this class caters to all ages levels.
Bookings are required and open 2 weeks prior to the class.
Mats are provided, please bring along your own towel and drink bottle.
