Wednesdays, 11am to 11:45am Fridays, 9:30am to 10:15am Wednesday 10 July to Friday 20 December
Yoga is designed to be physically and mentally challenging for the body and mind. Classes will emphasize strengthening exercises and poses, muscle toning and flexibility work.
No prior experience is necessary, this class caters to all ages levels.
Bookings are required and open 3 days prior to the class.
Mats are provided, please bring along your own towel and drink bottle.
