Thursdays, 11am to 11:45am Thursday 8 January to Thursday 17 December
These classes are aimed at people who are new to yoga or keen to get to know the basic movements and techniques.
We focus on strengthening exercises and poses, muscle toning and flexibility work.
No prior experience is necessary, this class caters to all ages and levels.
Bookings are required and open 2 weeks prior to the class.
Mats are provided, please bring along your own towel and drink bottle.
