Yoga class at the Rex

Yoga can improve your strength, balance and flexibility. It can also relax you and as a result help you sleep better.

Our tutor has been teaching yoga full time for 26 years and is a qualified senior Yoga Australia teacher having trained in the system of yoga in daily life. Her focus is on gentle yoga for healing body, mind and spirit.

In the 1-hour class we'll practise:

• relaxation

• gentle movement for the joints

• breathing techniques

• postural yoga asana for strength and improved range of movement

• meditation. 

Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

• Concession pricing is only available to valid concession card holders.

• Bring your own yoga mat.
