Walking basketball is a gentle exercise that suits older people. If you used to play basketball you can keep going. Or try a new sport and learn new skills.
Stay active and make new friends in a fun, safe environment. Maintain your zest for life and confidence in your abilities. The only rules to the game is simply 'no running'!
Suitable for ages 55 and above. All abilities welcome.
