Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow, controlled movements with deep breathing and gentle mindfulness. Today, it is widely practised as a low‑impact form of exercise that supports overall health and wellbeing.

At Gunyama Park Aquatic & Recreation Centre, Tai Chi classes run at 4:30pm on Tuesdays and are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. These 45‑minute sessions provide a peaceful space to slow down, move mindfully and support both your physical and mental wellbeing.

Regular Tai Chi practice can help improve strength, balance and flexibility, while also promoting calm focus and relaxation.
