Doga Sydney brings puppies and yoga together for one of the most joyful experiences in the city. Think gentle yoga flows, puppy cuddles and plenty of photo ops.
Each session is led by a qualified yoga instructor while a litter of adorable puppies roam the room. You'll move through beginner-friendly poses as puppies climb into your lap, nuzzle your mat and generally steal the show. It's part wellness, part pure happiness.
Our puppies are already adopted and living with their forever families. They attend sessions as part of their socialisation, so you're actually helping them build confidence while you stretch.
Sessions run for 60 minutes and include yoga time, dedicated puppy cuddle time and a chance to take photos. All fitness levels welcome. You don't need any yoga experience to join in.
Doga Sydney operates across multiple locations including Sydney CBD, Double Bay, Mosman, Five Dock and Chatswood.
We've hosted corporate events for companies like Atlassian, Salesforce and NSW Health, and have been featured on the Today Show.
What to bring: a water bottle and comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little furry. Mats are provided.
