Every day, 12pm to 5pm Friday 11 September to Sunday 13 September
The AusFitness Expo is back in Sydney and the 2026 edition is shaping up to be the biggest yet.
Running across three days, the event brings together hundreds of athletes competing across a surprisingly broad range of disciplines: Fitness Racing, CrossFit, Strongman, Powerlifting, ICN, Street Workout, Street Lifting, and more.
New to the lineup this year is the Deadly Dozen Fitness Race, which is a must-do for anyone who enjoys the challenge of a fitness race or watching one.
Additionally, bodybuilding legends and athletes, such as Bradman Houston, Australia’s Strongest Man, Eddie Williams, The Singing Strongman, and Kwame, Natural Bodybuilder and TikTok Star, are also set to appear for exclusive workouts and Q&As throughout the weekend.
Beyond the competition floor, over 150 top-tier brands will be set up across nutrition, supplements, apparel and training gear, most running expo-only deals and handing out samples, so it's worth coming with a bag.
Whether you're there to compete, watch, or just wander and try new things, you’ll be surrounded by a high-energy crowd that lives and breathes fitness culture.
