Aqua Fitness is a fun and supportive water-based exercise class, especially suited to those aged 50 and over, though everyone is welcome. The class includes a mix of activities such as walking, light jogging, stepping, and gentle floating using noodles, along with resistance exercises using water dumbbells. It is a great way to build strength, improve coordination, and enhance core stability in a safe and supervised environment.
