Join us for this weekly 1 hour class, suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
Our yoga teacher will guide you through relaxation exercises, meditation, gentle movement, breathing techniques and postural yoga asana for strength and improved range of movement.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
