Led by sound therapist and meditation teacher Natalie Grace, this experiential workshop includes crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, drums and more – with space to practise, play and explore how sound supports emotional, physical and energetic healing.
What you'll experience:
Rest, reconnection and grounding through sound
Practical skills using sound healing instruments
Techniques for nervous system regulation
How to integrate sound into other practices like yoga, meditation or coaching
Insights from both ancient wisdom and modern science
A supportive, heart-led space for embodied learning

You’re a practitioner wanting to expand your toolkit
You’re drawn to intuitive, embodied healing
