Falun Dafa is a traditional mind-body practice that combines five gentle exercises with meditation. The exercises are gentle and easy to learn, welcoming people of all ages. They include four standing exercises and one sitting meditation, offering a calm way to support relaxation, wellbeing and mental clarity.

Whether you’re looking for gentle outdoor exercise, a peaceful moment in nature, or simply a chance to slow down and recharge, you’re welcome to come along and experience the practice in a friendly and relaxed community setting.

Participation is free and open to everyone. No booking or previous experience is required.

Regular community practice takes place at Mrs. Macquarie’s Chair from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 11:30 am.

During weekend sessions (9:00 am to 11:30 am), volunteers are available to introduce the Falun Dafa exercises and meditation to anyone who would like to learn the movements and ask general questions.
