Zumba Gold at St Helen's
Mondays, 1pm to 2pm Monday 20 April to Monday 14 December Except Monday 27 April, Monday 8 June, Monday 6 July, Monday 13 July, Monday 28 September and Monday 5 October
Classes are suitable for beginners, older adults or anyone who would like to join a slower paced, low impact dance party!
Get your heart rate up dancing to all the same rhythms from all over the world, without the impact on your body.
Just like in all of our classes – move your body however suits you! As we say, as long as you are sweating and smiling, that is all that matters. Zumba Gold will improve your balance, posture, coordination and mood.
Everyone is welcome.

The St Helen's Community Centre is open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 3:30pm. Pop in for a tea or coffee and a chat.
