Surry Hills Probus Club September meeting
Tuesday 1 September from 9:45am to 12pm
We invite anyone who is retired or semi-retired to come along and meet some new, like-minded friends.
Probus is a social group for retired and semi-retired members of the community. The aim is fun and friendship. We meet once a month (usually the first Tuesday of the month) and also go on regular outings.
The next meeting of the Surry Hills Probus Club is on Tuesday 1 September at the Greenknowe Room Rex Centre, 58A Macleay Street (Entrance near Baroda Street) Potts Point 2011. We are having our September meeting there our usual venue, the Sydney Community & Arts Centre, is undergoing renovation. The meeting will feature a representative from Holdsworth Community.
The session is designed to provide clear and practical guidance on:
Navigating government funded aged care options
Understanding contributions towards aged care services
Preparing for an aged care assessment
As usual there will be an opportunity to chat over morning tea and lunch at a local pub for those who would like to come along.
