Mondays and Wednesdays, 12pm to 12:30pm Tuesdays, 5pm to 5:30pm Wednesday 7 August to Wednesday 18 December
These classes are designed to get the most out of your 30 minutes. They include interval training using both conditioning and strength tools to maximise efficiency.
We ask that you are warmed up ready to go for the start of class.
Intensity level is moderate to high. The classes suit all fitness levels and are a great way to improve overall fitness, health and wellbeing.
You must complete a pre exercise form prior to your first workout.
Bookings are required and open 3 days prior to the class.
