If you’re curious about yoga but unsure where to begin, this free 90-minute Introduction to Gentle Hatha Yoga workshop is a welcoming introduction to gentle Hatha Yoga – with a focus on movement, breath and deep rest.
Led by experienced yoga therapist and teacher Keri Hogarth, this slow-paced session is designed especially for over-50s and those with managed injuries or limited mobility. You’ll be guided through supported poses, calming breathwork, and an extended Yoga Nidra – a guided meditation that promotes deep physical and mental relaxation.
With a strong focus on accessibility and wellbeing, this workshop draws on tools from yoga therapy to help you feel more grounded, present and connected to your body.
