Rejuvenate your body and mind with these ancient practices that promote balance, flexibility and inner calm.

Instructed in Chinese, but everyone is welcome to follow along.

  • 8 Brocades qigong practice: Gentle, flowing movements to enhance energy flow, relieve stress, and improve overall health.

  • Yang-style tai chi 24 form: A simplified sequence and graceful movements that cultivate relaxation, coordination, and mindfulness.

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

The Ron Williams Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We have free computers, wifi, snooker, table tennis, tea, coffee, biscuits, sewing machines, and books to borrow. See the full program.
