Often our mind can seem like a wild monkey, jumping restlessly from thought to emotion to thought.
The good news is that we all have basic sanity.
It is our essential nature. But mostly we do not know that. We identify ourselves with mad monkey mind and we suffer because we do not know who we really are. In this session we’ll explore how meditation can begin to pacify monkey mind and reconnect us with our innate, vibrant wisdom and peace.
