Yoga Dance Renewal

Step into a flowing journey designed to awaken and uplift your whole being. This unique session weaves together Shadow Yoga, Yoga Dance, partner yoga poses, a 5 min Meditation instructional, and a powerful guided healing activation, all held within the rhythmic pulse of live heartbeat drumming. 

We begin with breathwork and foundational Shadow Yoga movements to release tension, ground, and connect deeply with the body. From there, the energy opens into an expansive Yoga Dance flow, blending yoga-inspired movement and dance to uplifting music that encourages freedom, playfulness, and joy.

To deepen our sense of community, we’ll explore gentle partner yoga practices that reflect connection, trust, and shared presence.

We close with a deeply restorative rest, lovingly guided to activate energy, soften into stillness, and feel renewed in body, heart, and spirit.

This session is beginner-friendly, no experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to show up for yourself. We close by going outside into our peaceful natural sanctuary for a rose petal release.

Afterwards, stay and connect over warm chai and nourishing treats, or join us for an optional picnic to soak in the energy a little longer.

The event begins at 10:00am, so we invite you to arrive a little early to settle in and ease into the space. We will close the session at 12:30pm, with time to stay, connect and unwind together until 1:00pm.
