Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that targets deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints rather than muscles.
Poses are mostly seated or reclined and are held passively for 3 to 5 minutes to promote flexibility, joint mobility, and a quiet mind.
Bookings are required and open 2 weeks prior to the class.
