This rare collaboration offers guests the opportunity to discover the depth, finesse and precision emerging from Ningxia, one of the world’s most exciting fine wine regions.

Hosted by Xige Estate’s Global Brand Ambassador, Christelle Chene, the lunch will feature a guided tasting alongside a thoughtfully curated menu, culminating in the official Australian debut of the Xige Jade Dove Single Vineyard Cabernet Gernischt 2021.
