Wine List Takeover X Patrick Sullivan

Patrick Sullivan will take over The Wine Bar, pouring a selection of his wines.

Guests will have the chance to taste through the lineup and speak with the winemaker about the vineyards, soils and seasons behind the wines.

Patrick Sullivan is one of Victoria’s most compelling Chardonnay voices. Since 2013, he has focused on crafting site-driven wines shaped by Gippsland’s volcanic soils and cool-climate precision.
