Bryan Martin of Ravensworth is taking over the CBD’s cellar door at The Wine Bar – bringing wines forged at the intersection of craft, curiosity, and a deep respect for place.
After many years at Clonakilla, Bryan’s own label Ravensworth has quietly earned cult status. Nestled in Murrumbateman, the estate follows an organic philosophy and a “natural forestry” approach: he uses amphorae, ceramic eggs, large oak, and concrete vessels, letting time and vine do their work.
On the night, expect to taste standouts like his dry, textured Rieslings, the signature Shiraz-Viognier, juicy, savoury Sangiovese, and the skin-fermented brilliance of Seven Months. These wines show his belief that flavour, structure, and identity come from soil, minimal interference, and patience.
