This year, we’re turning Champagne Day into Champagne Week: a seven-day celebration of oysters, seafood, caviar, and the world’s finest champagne, unfolding across all three levels of Shell House.

Beginning on Champagne Day, Friday 24 October, and continuing through the week, each of our spaces offers its own way to indulge, from the buzzing bistro, to our sun-drenched terraces, to rooftop sunsets soundtracked by Sydney's best selectors.

The beating heart of Shell House, our two-hatted dining room, is your ultimate destination for laid-back luxury during Champagne Week. Long lunches flow into balmy evenings on our sun-soaked terrace, where you can pair a lavish Fruits de Mer platter for two with a bottle of Ruinart Brut for $250, or elevate your dining experience with Spanner Crab and Oscietra Caviar, paired with a bottle of Ruinart, for $175.

On our bustling corner of Margaret Street in Menzies Bar, the classics shine: six oysters served with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label for $150, or Crab & Caviar paired with a bottle of Ruinart for $175. Best enjoyed in our buzzing bistro to the tune of clinking glasses, the hum of conversation, and Sydney's best DJs.

Perched high above the city streets, Sky Bar is your destination for fresh perspectives of the Sydney skyline. As the sun dips and the city lights glow, pair six fresh Sydney Rock Oysters with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut for $150...
