Qigong (pronounced "chi-gong") works with the intelligence of the life force energy by combining gentle movement exercises, meditation and controlled breathing; providing increased levels of vitality, mental, physical and spiritual health.
Anyone – regardless of ability, age, or beliefs can participate. You can choose to sit, stand or lie down during this practice (please bring a mat for the latter) and find out how Qigong can lead you towards a healthier and happier life. Student are required to bring a bottle of water, and wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
