Sunday 27 July from 10am to 5pm
Sydney, we have officially arrived – and yes, we’ve brought the puppies.
Yoga Paws is now running weekly Puppy Yoga sessions across Mosman, Newtown, and Bondi Junction, bringing our signature blend of gentle movement, mindfulness, and full-on puppy joy to the east coast. These events are designed to be more than just cute content for your camera roll. They are all about connection, grounding, and supporting the socialisation of rescue puppies and pups from ethical breeders in a calm, positive environment.
Each session runs for 60 minutes and is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or someone who just wants to lie on a mat with a furry friend licking your face, there is absolutely no pressure to perform. Come for the stretch, stay for the snuggles, and leave with a grin you won’t be able to shake.
At Yoga Paws, we are proud to be Australia’s leading Puppy Yoga business, and our mission is to support animal welfare while offering something genuinely different for your weekend plans. Every session directly contributes to the confidence-building of the puppies involved, helping them learn how to interact with people in a safe and enriching way. Many of our attendees have even met their future furry best friend during a class, and we love playing a part in connecting pups with loving homes.
Our events have consistently sold out across SE QLD, Adelaide, and Perth, and Sydney is already showing the same incredible energy. We are currently running one session every weekend, rotating across Mosman, Newtown, and Bondi Junction – and yes, they’re filling fast.
If you’re looking for something that blends relaxation, laughter, and a whole lot of puppy love, this is it. Come solo, bring your best mate, or make it a date. Sydney, your new favourite weekend ritual has arrived.
