Dive into the world of homemade Italian cuisine in this exciting class, where you'll be treated to a glass of French Rosé on arrival (or switch to bottomless) as you master the art of crafting both Ricotta and Gnocchi from scratch.
We'll whisk you through history and technique of making your own pasta, sharing the secrets behind perfect gnocchi and the joy of making your own Ricotta using store-bought milk. Get your hands delightfully messy making the dough, then finish the class with a sit down meal of your hand-crafted pasta served with a traditional Italian sauce.
Whether you're a culinary novice or have some kitchen experience, this class is designed to boost your confidence in creating cheese and pasta right in your own kitchen.
