We'll whisk you through history and technique of making your own pasta, sharing the secrets behind perfect gnocchi and the joy of making your own Ricotta using store-bought milk. Get your hands delightfully messy making the dough, then finish the class with a sit down meal of your hand-crafted pasta served with a traditional Italian sauce.

Whether you're a culinary novice or have some kitchen experience, this class is designed to boost your confidence in creating cheese and pasta right in your own kitchen.
