Agave After Dark — A Tequila Tasting Journey

Step beyond the usual pour and discover the world of agave. Brooksy Bar, 1920s hidden bar located inside the Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney, invites you to an intimate tasting dedicated to Mexico’s most captivating spirit — for one night only.

The evening begins with a refreshing welcome margarita to set the tone, followed by a curated tasting featuring Ocho Plata, Fortaleza Blanco, Fortaleza Reposado, and Fortaleza Añejo — each offering a distinct expression of the agave tradition. Throughout the night, a series of small plates inspired by vibrant Mexican flavours will be served, thoughtfully paired to complement each tequila.

With a refined yet sociable atmosphere, Agave After Dark is an evening where conversation flows, flavours unfold, and the night lingers just a little longer.
