My Aged Care and Care Finder Information Session

10:30am to 11:30am: Services Australia will present information about My Aged Care.
11:30am to 11:45am: short break-light lunch served
11:45am to 12:45pm: Sydney Local Health District will present information about the Care Finder service.
There will be time for questions and answers.
Topics covered include:
what is My Aged Care
who is eligible and how to access funding
what information you will need to give
what services are available to you
what is Care Finder and how it can help you navigate My Aged Care

The Cliff Noble Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We have free computer use, photocopier/scanner, Wi-Fi, table tennis and tea/coffee/biscuits, plus many weekly activities like computer help, craft groups, gentle exercise & tai chi.
