Please note that by proceeding with this booking, you agree to:

1. This 50% OFF for Crab only available on 8th to 10th May on certain time slots.

2. A deposit of $100 is required to secure this booking, please note that this is not the final price for the mud crab.

3. Booking is essential for this offer.

4. This offer is only valid for groups of 3 and above.

5. This offer is only valid for dine-in, one (1) crab per table.

6. A 10% surcharge is applicable on total bills on Sundays.

7. Liven payments are NOT applicable to this promotion.

8. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and vouchers.

9. Be punctual for your booking. We hold your reservation for up to 15 minutes before releasing the table, please call us if you are running late.

10. This venue - Ho Jiak has limited tables. Please ensure that you have reserved the right venue. A no show fee will be charged for wrong venue reservations. We do not accommodate requests for changing venue from internal.

11. Should your plans change, please let us know 24 hours via email ( haymarket@hojiak.com.au) or call (02) 8040 0252 before your reservation time. Deposit cannot be refunded if cancellations are made within 24 hours.

12. Ho Jiak reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

10. 本店 Ho Jiak 桌位有限，请确认您预订的是正确的分店。如因预订错误地点未能到场，将收取未出席费用。本店不接受更换分店的请求。

11. 若您有变动，请于预约时间前 24小时 通过电子邮件（haymarket@hojiak.com.au）或电话（(02) 8040 0252）告知我们。如在24小时内取消，订金将不予退还。

12. Ho Jiak 保留随时修改上述条款与细则的权利，恕不另行通知。
