Please note that by proceeding with this booking, you agree to:

1. This 50% OFF for Crab available on 8th to 10th May on certain timeslots.

2. A deposit of $100 is required to secure this booking.

3. Booking is essential for this offer.

4. This offer is only valid for groups of 3 and above.

5. This offer is only valid for dine-in and for 1x Crab* Only.

6. A 10% surcharge is applicable on total bills on Sundays.

7. A 10% Gratuity is applied to groups of 10 and above(Mon-Sat)

8. Liven payments are NOT applicable to this promotion.

9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and vouchers.

10. Be punctual for your booking. We hold your reservation for up to 15 minutes before releasing the table, please call us if you are running late.

11. This venue - Amah by Ho Jiak has limited tables. Please ensure that you have reserved the right venue. A no show fee will be charged for wrong venue reservations. We do not accommodate requests for changing venue from internal.

12. Should your plans change, please let us know 24 hours via email ( amah@hojiak.com.au) or call (02) 9170 4714 before your reservation time. Deposit cannot be refunded if cancellations are made within 24 hours.

13. Amah by Ho Jiak reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

12. 本餐厅 Amah by Ho Jiak 座位有限，请确认您已预订正确的地点。若预订错误地点且未到场，将收取 未出席费用。我们不接受更换餐厅的请求。

13.  若您需更改或取消预订，请于预约时间前 24小时 通过邮箱（amah@hojiak.com.au）或来电（(02) 9170 4714）通知我们。若在24小时内取消，订金恕不退还。
