Begin with an exquisite savoury selection featuring crab and caviar, spiced chicken breast with mango chutney on brioche, truffled egg and prosciutto, and goat’s curd. Enjoy an elegant selection of pastries, including choux with crémeux and blueberry mousse, strawberry and rose mousse, citrus‑soaked sponge with bitters curd, and hazelnut praline cake with dark chocolate crémeux and dulce mousse. This offering is complemented by our signature Fullerton scones and lemon and demerara sugar scones, served with blueberry and lemon verbena jam.
