Set within Sydney’s most beautiful dining room, guests will enjoy a banquet designed for sharing – beginning with olives, village bread and taramasalata, followed by a seafood mezze of Sydney Rock oysters, prawn-stuffed dolmades, and crisp tuna filo.
Spanakopita, vibrant horiatiki salad, and a centrepiece of roast lamb shoulder with tzatziki and hand-cut chips follow, before finishing with semolina cake and frozen yoghurt with Greek spoon fruits.
A glass of Taittinger on arrival sets the tone, with two packages available to choose from: our Classic Banquet Package or the Premium Package, which includes priority seating and premium wine and cocktails until 3pm. The Melbourne Cup will be shown live, with DJs, sweeps, and a photo booth adding to the sense of occasion.
