This free talk presented by a consultant pharmacist from NSW Health who will explain the risks of mixing medicines and how it affects you.
During the session they will cover the information:
Importance of medicines
Types of medicines
Home medicine reviews
Pharmaceutical Benefit Scheme (PBS)
Generic v Brand medicines
Importance of a medicine record and GP management plans
How to prevent accidental overdosing.
There will be time for questions and answers.

The Cliff Noble Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We have free computer use, photocopier/scanner, wifi, table tennis and tea/coffee/biscuits, plus many weekly activities like computer help, craft groups, gentle exercise & tai chi.
