This talk is presented by iLA a not-for-profit organisation funded by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.
Healthy ageing means making choices that help you age your way. Simple changes can dramatically improve your health in a very short amount of time. You can make a big difference by staying active, getting involved in local activities and connecting with others.
All welcome – free but bookings are recommended.
Light lunch will be provided.

The Cliff Noble Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We offer free computers, photocopier/scanner, wifi, table tennis and tea/coffee/biscuits, plus many weekly activities like computer help, craft groups, gentle exercise, tai chi and creative writing.
