Join us for a unique 5-course degustation where our very own Executive Chef Aman Prasad expertly pairs his innovative creations with bespoke cocktails crafted with Karu’s stunning spirits.
You'll have the chance to meet Ally Ayres, co-owner and head distiller of Karu. A former chef and avid forager, Ally brings a unique, hands-on approach to distilling, crafting spirits that are both complex and inspired by native Australian botanicals. Her expertise and dedication have earned Karu a reputation for excellence. We'll also be joined by Brogan Clark, Karu's Brand Ambassador, who will guide you through the nuanced flavours of each spirit and share the stories behind their creation.
