Jewellery shorts: make a ring and learn to silver solder

Cost

Adult: $62.50

Join us for a 2.5-hour Sunday afternoon one-off workshop to create your own bespoke metal ring.

Under the guidance of our professional tutor, you will experience using a jeweller’s torch to silver solder to prepare metal for forming and surface experimentation.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a ring ready to wear home.

No experience is needed to enjoy this course, which is designed for beginners. Full instruction is provided on materials, products, tools, equipment and studio procedures.

  • Intimate class size: maximum 8 students 

  • Level: designed for beginner level students 16+yrs

  • Wear: comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes 

  • Bring: yourself – all materials provided
