We have been taught to spend our lives chasing our thoughts and projections.
Even when "mind" is talked about, what is referred to is thoughts and emotions alone… We rarely look into the mind itself, the ground from which all these expressions arise.
This 5-week course explores our thoughts, emotions and mind to yield understandings that make meditation truly meaningful.
The highest goal of meditation is to awaken in us the vast, wise and compassionate, sky-like nature of our mind and introduce to us who we really are: unchanging pure awareness. Instead of meditation being merely a way of bringing temporary relaxation, it can become a powerful cause for your long-lasting happiness and the benefit of others.
