Fear is a useful tool for staying alive; recognizing danger we avoid harm and survive. Fear for fear’s sake, however, can be debilitating.

A connection with meditation practice which shows us the true capacity of our mind and heart for insight, clarity and compassion can transform the way we perceive ourselves and our world around us.

Buddhism offers a path toward fearlessness by confronting fear with inner strength and open-hearted courage, to help us step out of the clutches of fear and discover new meaning, inspiration, and joy in our lives.
