You'll have the opportunity to meet Scott McWilliams, the talented winemaker from Calabria Family Wines. Scott is a sixth-generation winemaker, born into the Australian wine industry. He began working in the cellar at the age of 14, and his passion for winemaking eventually led him to study oenology. Scott is an advocate for Australian wine and believes in letting "the vineyard sing," focusing on the quality of the grapes before they are even picked.
