Wednesday 15 October from 2pm to 3:30pm
To celebrate Mental Health Month this October, we will be holding "Our Beautiful Mind: Can brain-compatible living help us thrive?"
This event will focus on how our brain works, and how we can activate our brain to learn, grow, heal and live well.
Life can be overwhelming, and we can feel helpless; or we can feel purposeless as time goes by.
Yet, we have a mind that if understood, nurtured and stimulated, can be harnessed to our benefit; to help us live more freely, meaningfully and enjoyably.
Facilitated by Suven Thambar, a certified practising counsellor.
Join us on this journey of learning by booking your spot on Wednesday 15 October 2pm-3.30pm at RMCC.
We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible events. If you have any particular access or communication needs, please contact us on 02 9265 9133 or blaryea@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au.
