Discover tea in a completely new way at The Art of Tea, Gin & Cuisine, an exclusive culinary collaboration by Mee So, Dilmah and Dutch Rules Distilling.

For one day only, guests are invited to enjoy a guided tasting experience featuring 7 tea infused gin cocktails, each thoughtfully paired with a Korean and Japanese inspired dish.

Across the afternoon, food, tea and gin come together through bold flavour pairings, creative cocktail making and expert led storytelling. Guests will explore how tea can be brewed, infused and layered across both cocktails and cuisine.

The experience also includes a rare tasting of Dilmah’s 40th anniversary tea, from its final batch release.

Perfect for curious food lovers, cocktail drinkers and anyone looking for a unique Sydney dining experience.
