Curated by award-winning Chef Han Chen, the menu showcases modern Mexican dishes driven by seasonal produce and bold flavour, designed to be shared, savoured and enjoyed together.

Behind the bar, Seine Cheung has created a Don Julio tequila-led cocktail menu featuring elevated signature serves made for long lunches, sunset sessions and late nights on the rooftop. For those feeling indulgent, every cocktail can be upgraded to premium Don Julio 1942.

For the ultimate luxe experience, the gold trolley service delivers a special edition 50ml bottle of Don Julio 1942 paired with a caviar bump directly to your table.

As the sun sets during Vivid Sydney, the atmosphere shifts across the harbour, with the skyline transformed into a cinematic display of light and colour.
