Teens Zine-making Workshop with Jacqueline Curry

In this creative workshop, kids will make their very own zine all about them! What’s a zine? It’s a fun, DIY magazine made with drawings, words, and collage.

Artists and storytellers around the world use zines to express their ideas in unique ways.

Each child will design pages that capture who they are right now — from self-portraits to their favourite things, people they love, dreams for the future, and what they care about most. We’ll guide them through simple drawing, writing, and collage prompts to help bring their stories to life.

At the end of the workshop, they’ll take home a one-of-a-kind keepsake that celebrates their personality, creativity, and how they see the world at their current age.
