Sweat For A Cause: Join 10,000 moves for mental health

This world mental health month, Functional fitness community Fitstop is inviting locals to take part in Sweat For A Cause —a free nationwide workout in support of the Mental Awareness Foundation.
By registering, you’ll power their target of 10,000 participants moving together, which will see Fitstop donate $10,000 towards life-saving mental health programs across the country.
