Learn the fundamentals of boxing in an outdoor park gym with targeted support and guidance by our qualified youth workers.
Connect with other young people in a small group setting. Get fit and strong and build your confidence in social skills, including; self defence, goal setting, non-contact partnered boxing drills and calisthenics and bodyweight strength training.
This is targeted small group boxing session that will be capped at 8 participants.
There will be two youth workers present to ensure any young people with sensory processing difficulties have a safe and welcoming space to join in, there will be no loud music in the class.
