Cost

Adult: $10 includes a drink

Join us on Mondays in a cozy space in King St Newtown - a welcoming and inspiring Poetry Open Mic night.

Entry is just $10 and includes a free drink (Wine, beer, tea, juice, coffee or soft drink), a raffle ticket, and access to a free sales table where you can display and sell your work. Sign-up opens at 6:00pm for a 6:20pm start. 

Sessions 1 and 2 offer 2 minutes per poet, and if time allows, Session 3 (‘Read Again’) gives 5 minutes per poet.

For late-comers, feel free to sign up for Session 2 at 7pm or Session 3 at 7:30pm

Please read original poetry created by you.

Readings in foreign languages are welcome.

Under-18s are welcome with a parent or guardian.

This is a safe space—respect for staff, MCs, and all poets is essential.

Food and drinks (full menu) are available, restaurant opens 5-9pm.
