Enjoy a glass of pinot on arrival (or add on a bottomless wine package), while we take you through a brief history and theory of making perfect pasta, before getting your hands dirty with kneading and rolling-out your own pasta dough.
This is a hands-on class where you will learn how to make coloured pasta, how to blend colours together and how to shape your dough into impressive looking pasta shapes.
And, what’s an Omnom class without cheese? Learn to make creamy stracciatella that’s sure to impress any Italian nonna, to mix through your pasta at the end of the class.
The best part? Finish the class with a sit down meal and enjoy your freshly made pasta with a rosemary and brown butter sauce, drizzled with your very own stracciatella.
