Join us in celebrating and recognising the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, through this truly immersive First Nations experience.

With Burrawa – a local Aboriginal word that means “above” or “upwards” – you can experience unrivalled views of the Indigenous landmarks around Sydney Harbour including Bennelong and Barangaroo, while hearing the stories of Australia's First Nations people. Become immersed in Sydney’s Aboriginal history, and 360-degree views, as our First Nations Storyteller takes you on a journey both back in time, and to the top of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Burrawa Climb route:

The Burrawa Climb will run on our Summit Climb Route, journeying along the upper arch of the Bridge. The entire experience runs for a total of 3 hours.

Inclusions:

  • Dedicated Climb Leader (aka your tour guide to the top) & First Nations Storyteller

  • Bridge & Sydney history commentary from an Aboriginal perspective

  • Several special elements throughout the journey to fully immerse you in Indigenous culture, including optional pre-Climb ochre ceremony

  • Printed group Summit photo

  • Unforgettable 360-degree panoramic views of Sydney

  • Climb suit and all climbing gear provided

  • Commemorative Certificate of Achievement for kids

  • BridgeClimb cap

  • $20 donation to our charity partner Tribal Warrior, increased to $100 for all Burrawa Climbs during NAIDOC Week (6-13 July 2025).
