Friday 17 April from 9:30am to 3pm
This is a great introduction to handmade skincare, perfect for kids aged 9 and up. And a fun filled day during the school holidays! They will immerse themselves in the world of natural aromas and create the fun collection of products.
They will learn about a range of different ingredients that can be used to keep the skin feeling soft and smooth. The hands-on, interactive, 5 hour session will give them the skills and confidence to continue creating at home. They will learn how to make their own pampering skincare products for naturally healthy skin.
In this workshop they will make:
- a face mist
- a lip balm
- a roll-on perfume
- a natural soap
- a hand lotion
Included in the class is a detailed workbook with lots of information about the ingredients utilised in the class, recipes and tips so that you feel confident to continue making skincare at home. Ingredients used in the class are never tested on animals and are sourced through ethical suppliers. No experience is necessary, all ingredients and equipment supplied.
Please get in touch if you need to drop your child off prior to 9:30am, or pick them up later than 3:00pm. We can try to offer extended care, but an additional fee will apply.
“I would like to thank you for putting on the best school camp my daughter has gone in her 11 years. From organisation to skills and let’s not forget the very generous goodie bag at the end of the day. All her friends agreed “ best EVAAAAAA!!!”
“Great way for children to learn how these products are made. The teacher was very helpful and guided the children in the process. It was a fun day.”
